Lead Engineer, Resort Facilities & Operations

Cabot Citrus Farms in Florida seeks a Lead Engineer (PM) to maintain and enhance world‑class resort facilities. You will be on-site daily, ensuring reliable mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and you will build strong relationships with team members, guests, and stakeholders to uphold Cabot’s high standards.

You will lead maintenance, plan preventative work, coordinate contractors, and step in as Engineering Manager as needed, driving safety, efficiency, and exceptional service.
