Our client, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Engineer– MediaTek C-X1 iRDK to join their dynamic team. As a Lead Engineer– MediaTek C-X1 iRDK, you will be an integral part of the engineering department supporting innovative platform development initiatives. Pay Range:$90-100/hr
What's the Job?
- Lead end-to-end iRDK bringup on Mediatek C-X1 from EVK reference to custom iRDK board.
- Own software stack bring-up: bootloader, kernel, BSP, and middleware integration.
- Serve as the primary technical interface with Mediatek for platform enablement and escalations.
- Drive platform characterization including performance, stability, and thermal profiling.
- Provide weekly status updates, risk assessments, and decision documentation to program leadership.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of embedded software experience with at least 5 years in a leadership or staff role.
- Hands-on experience with Mediatek SoC platforms (C-X1, MT8xxx series, or equivalent).
- Strong expertise in BSP and kernel bring-up, including Linux, U-Boot, or equivalent bootloader.
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python/Rust, and hardware debugging tools such as Lauterbach, JTAG, and oscilloscopes.
