Lead Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with AI and ML experience for Sunnyvale, CA location.

Experience Required

Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience as data engineer in AI ML.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
• 6 to 8 years of hands‑on experience as Data Engineer.
• Proficiency in BI concepts and implementation experience on Cloud with Snowflake .
• Programming experience in building high‑quality software with at least one of the following programming languages - Python, Scala or Java .
• Knowledge of database management systems, both relational (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL) and non‑relational (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience in data visualization tools – Tableau .
• Familiarity with data integration and ETL tools, such as Talend, Informatica.
• Experience in machine learning, with emphasis on large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.

Technical Skills

• Snowflake and Python or Scala or Java – Advanced.
• SQL, NoSQL database, Hadoop, Spark – Advanced.
• ETL tools, Informatica – Advanced.
• Tableau – Intermediate.
• AI ML – Intermediate.

Behavioral Skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to propose and implement improvements in the system.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Salary

Salary range $80,500 to $157,500.
