To support a growing practice, the full-time Lead Engineer (Azure Security) will act as a trusted consultant, guiding clients through complex security and compliance challenges while working remotely with a focus on Microsoft security tools and compliance frameworks. Key responsibilities Support client relationships from discovery through delivery, serving as the technical consultant Develop security strategies aligned with compliance frameworks like CMMC and NIST Architect and implement Zero Trust strategies and threat modeling frameworks for clients Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 7+ years of consulting experience with tailored solutions for clients 3+ years of hands-on design and implementation of Microsoft Azure security tools Deep understanding of core cybersecurity principles, including zero trust and privileged access At least one active certification from a specified list, or to be obtained within 90 days of hire
