Serving as the primary subject matter expert, the full-time Lead Employee Relations Partner will conduct high-complexity workplace investigations and resolve sensitive employee relations matters in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end formal investigations into escalated allegations, including discrimination and harassment, while maintaining neutrality and objectivity Author comprehensive investigation reports and maintain rigorous documentation standards to ensure compliance with legal regulations Collaborate with internal/external counsel and senior leaders to review findings and recommend corrective actions or interventions Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of dedicated Employee Relations or workplace investigative experience Advanced knowledge of employment laws and regulations (e.g., Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA) Exceptional investigative interviewing techniques and evidence evaluation methods Demonstrated ability to remain neutral and objective during escalations, with strong written and verbal communication skills
