Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Lead Electricians to join our growing team in the Texarkana area . Candidates may have experience in commercial, industrial, residential service work, or any combination of the three . The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working independently while delivering high-quality electrical work.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems.
  • Perform commercial, industrial, and/or residential service work based on experience and project needs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics.
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements.
  • Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Work safely while following OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, customers, and fellow electricians to complete projects efficiently.
  • Lead projects and mentor apprentices or junior electricians when appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Experience in commercial, industrial, residential service electrical work, or any combination of these disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve electrical issues independently.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in a variety of environments.
  • Pre-employment drug screening required.
  • Valid driver's license preferred, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $32.10/hour for qualified candidates, with higher wages available for Foreman-level experience.
