EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL ELECTRICIAN

ElectricWorks Inc. Jackson, Mississippi

ElectricWorks Inc. is seeking a highly skilled, dependable, and experienced Commercial Electrician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of commercial electrical systems, demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities, and be capable of working independently on complex projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of verifiable electrical experience, with extensive commercial electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in conduit bending, wiring, panel installations, circuit troubleshooting, and electrical system upgrades.
• Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable safety regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues independently.
• Experience working on commercial construction and renovation projects.
• Must be able to successfully pass a federal background check for access to federal facilities.
• Must be able to travel throughout the state of Mississippi (overnight stays when applicable).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience on federal or government construction projects.
• Electrical journeyman or master electrician license.
• Experience supervising electrical crews and coordinating with other trades.
• OSHA safety training or certification.
