The Work
Successful candidate will: The Level 4 Power Systems Engineer is a senior technical contributor responsible for the design, analysis, integration, and validation of complex electrical power architectures supporting radar systems. This role leads technical efforts, mentors junior engineers, and collaborates closely with cross functional teams to ensure power solutions meet performance, reliability, safety, and cost objectives throughout the system lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- 9+ years of professional experience, or 7 years with a master’s degree
- Ability to obtain DoD security clearance
- Demonstrated expertise in electrical high‑power systems (100 kW+), including AC/DC, DC/DC converters, and inverter/rectifier systems
- Experience with conceptual design of AC/DC power distribution, generation, conversion, and energy storage systems
- Experience qualifying and releasing electrical products to military standards MIL-STD-461 and/or MIL-STD-1399
- Experience analyzing and translating system requirements to support proposals for new business and development of overall power distribution and architecture
