Lead Electrical Module EngineerWe are seeking a driven Lead Electrical Module Engineer to lead the development and standardization of electrical control circuits and panel layouts for circuit breaker products. In this role you will play a key part in creating reusable circuit modules, establishing design standards, and reducing engineering variation across the product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve design consistency, support production efficiency, and enable long-term automation, offshoring, and outsourcing strategies.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDefine and document standardized base electrical circuits that will serve as the foundation of the platform across circuit breaker product typesDevelop reusable and modular circuit building blocks that can be systematically configured to meet varying customer requirements while minimizing new design variationEstablish and maintain panel layout standards across product variants to improve consistency, reduce assembly complexity, and support repeatable productionCollaborate with engineering, production, and commercial teams to ensure standardized designs meet customer, quality, and manufacturing requirementsSupport wiring and manufacturing teams by improving design clarity, reducing rework, and driving first-pass qualityIdentify opportunities to reduce part number proliferation and component variety through standardization of circuit and panel designsSupport offshoring and outsourcing initiatives by creating robust engineering standards and repeatable design practicesContribute to design-for-automation initiatives as the platform and manufacturing processes continue to matureMaintain engineering documentation and standards to ensure long-term sustainment and continuous improvement of the product platformRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited university or collegeMinimum 5 years of experience as an electrical engineer in a manufacturing environmentMinimum 5 years of experience designing electrical control circuits, schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of materialsMinimum 5 years of experience working with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and commercial functionsDesired CharacteristicsPrior experience working with engineer-to-order productsStrong understanding of electrical standardization and modular design practicesAble to analyze customer specifications and translate requirements into scalable standard designsWilling to work closely with production teams to troubleshoot technical issues and improve manufacturabilityExperience supporting process improvement, standardization, or design-for-manufacturing initiativesProficient in AutoCAD or similar electrical design softwarePrior experience with circuit breakers, switchgear, or related substation components is preferredGE Vernova offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.

based position, the pay range for this position is between $89,300.00 and $148,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
