Akkodis is seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 Developer for a full-time position with a client in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Dataverse, C#/.NET, and Azure. This role will provide technical leadership across solution architecture, development, integrations, deployment, and production support for enterprise-scale applications.

Salary Range: $165,000–$175,000 annually. Compensation may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Lead Dynamics 365 Developer responsibilities include:

• Lead the design, development, integration, and support of enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Provide technical and architectural leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, including implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support.
• Develop and oversee Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflow activities, custom APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript components, and model-driven applications.
• Design event-driven and API-based integrations using Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, Key Vault, and Azure Storage.
• Define and enforce Power Platform governance, ALM processes, security models, DLP policies, managed solutions, and development best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, review solution designs and code, and mentor less-experienced developers.
• Evaluate Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, agents, and emerging AI capabilities within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.

Desired Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years focused on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Extensive experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, solution management, platform customization, and security.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, dependency injection, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Key Vault, API Management, and Azure Storage.
• Experience designing event-driven and API-based enterprise integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, SQL Server, and T-SQL.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Understanding of OAuth, OpenID Connect, OData, Microsoft Fabric, and Data Lake architecture.
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, AZ-204, Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst Associate, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are preferred.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
