Snipps Heating & Air Conditioning in Montrose, CO is seeking an experienced Lead Mini Split Installer to lead residential ductless and multi-zone mini-split installations on the Western Slope. You will run installations from start to finish, direct a helper or apprentice, and coordinate cross-cover with furnaces, ACs, and heat pumps when needed.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA 608 certification, and familiarity with wiring diagrams and manufacturer manuals.
