Job Title: Lead DOTNET Developer

Job Summary:

Technical:

  1. BS or MS in computer science or related technical field.
  2. 10+ years of experience successfully developing applications for Windows platforms using C# .Net.
  3. Strong .NET & C# expertise on backend services with multithreading and memory management.
  4. Very strong experience with object-oriented programming concepts, design patterns, development, implementation including algorithms and data structures.
  5. 4+ years working with Web API, REST Services, WCF or SOAP Services.
  6. 4+ years of experience in database principles, such as SQL, Oracle, Aerospike or Mongo DB.
  7. Working experience with IBM MQ , Kafka , Aerospike (NoSQL) database , Splunk (logging), JSON/XML, PCF (Cloud), Caching, Performance Analysis & Profiling, Twelve-Factor App Methodology, Resiliency Patterns, Observability Patterns.
  8. Experience resolving code smells, vulnerabilities, and application security flaws.
  9. A yearning to understand and leverage new tools and technologies.
  10. Ability and interest in coaching and mentoring peers and junior staff.
  11. Strong written and verbal communications, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  12. Ability to interact and communicate successfully with business partners and technology teams.
  13. Self-motivated with a passion for resolving technical problems quickly and in line with platform strategy and vision.
  14. Ability to conceptualize the best tactical approach for a team to deliver a solution.
  15. Ability to effectively communicate complex software solutions to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  16. Professional experience with source code repositories tools, BitBucket, GitHub.
  17. Professional experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  18. Professional experience with Agile methodology.
  19. Expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker and Kubernetes.
