Must-Have:
- Hands-on experience migrating enterprise applications from .NET Framework 4.x to ASP.NET
- Core (.NET 8, 9, or ideally .NET 10).
- Proven ability to refactor legacy code (System.Web, WCF, Web Forms) to modern .NET 10
- patterns.
- Experience with cloud-native deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS).
- Strong background in CI/CD automation (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Deep understanding of dependency injection, middleware, and modern API design.
- Familiarity with secure authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT), secrets management, and
- compliance standards.
- Track record of performance tuning and reliability engineering in high-traffic environments.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with self-contained deployments, side-by-side runtime management, and AOT
- compilation.
- Familiarity with App Insights, distributed tracing, and advanced monitoring.
- Exposure to AI/ML integration or modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus.
