Job Responsibilities
- Drive the growth, execution, and continuous improvement of an internal consulting function within Enterprise Strategy
- Oversee the development and optimization of project intake, prioritization, and performance tracking processes
- Build institutional knowledge, reusable tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability
- Oversee tracking and reporting of portfolio performance, including impact, utilization, and value delivered
- Lead execution of high-priority strategic projects from problem definition through implementation across enterprise, business unit, and functional stakeholders
- Structure ambiguous business problems and drive execution across defined workstreams
- Facilitate evaluation of strategic trade‑offs, risks, and opportunities to inform rapid, data‑driven decision‑making
- Partner cross‑functionally to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and successful delivery of outcomes
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, corporate finance or related analytical/business roles
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, including experience with quantitative analysis and data‑driven insights
- Ability to lead the strategy development and execution planning of transformative projects from end to end, with both internal and external entities
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and present complex topics clearly and concisely
- Executive presence: demonstrated ability to actively listen, empathize, and communicate effectively
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality outputs in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfort in ambiguity; demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems and concepts
- Comfort working in a matrixed environment and in managing competing priorities; demonstrated ability to juggle concurrent projects and prioritize effectively
- Experience in healthcare or similarly complex, highly regulated industries
