Transforming infrastructure into a scalable, self-service platform, the full-time Lead DevOps Engineer will architect and manage a secure, multi-cloud environment using AWS and GCP, while enabling both engineering and non-engineering teams to deploy applications efficiently in a hybrid work setting. Key Responsibilities: Standardize and organize existing infrastructure with Terraform for versioned, modular, and reproducible environments Architect and implement access control models to ensure proper authorization as the organization scales Design tooling to empower non-engineering departments in building and managing applications securely Required Qualifications: Extensive experience with AWS and Google Cloud platforms Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices Strong background in IAM, OAuth, and resource-level authorization Experience with CI/CD best practices and integrating them into the software development lifecycle Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
