Owning the DevOps strategy and overseeing the design, automation, and operation of cloud infrastructure, the full-time Lead DevOps Engineer will work remotely to ensure high-quality project delivery while mentoring team members and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Own the DevOps technical roadmap, aligning it with business goals and ensuring platform reliability and security Lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure across major providers using infrastructure-as-code tools Drive CI/CD strategy and automation initiatives to enhance deployment processes and eliminate manual tasks Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred 8+ years of experience in DevOps or related fields, including 2+ years in a leadership role Extensive hands-on experience with at least two major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) Deep expertise in infrastructure as code, particularly with Terraform Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring engineering teams
