We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer with a strong cloud migration experience to support the transition of existing systems to modern cloud environments. This role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing infrastructure and application migration while ensuring minimal disruption and high reliability.

Responsibilities
Lead and support migration of on-premise or legacy systems to Azure and AWS
Design and implement scalable, secure cloud infrastructure aligned with migration goals
Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support post-migration delivery
Define and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep
Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to plan migration strategies (rehost, replatform, refactor)
Ensure system stability, performance and security during and after migration
Manage containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes where applicable
Set up monitoring, logging and alerting for migrated environments
Identify risks, troubleshoot migration issues and ensure smooth cutover processes
Requirements
7+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE roles
Proven experience in cloud migration projects (on-prem to Azure/AWS)
Strong hands‑on expertise with AWS
Experience with large‑scale or enterprise migrations
Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM/Bicep)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes
Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor)
Good understanding of networking, security and system architecture

Salary range: $135,000 - $160,000.
