Lead DeveloperWe are seeking a lead developer to spearhead the continued evolution of our digital platforms. In this role, you will act as a technical pillar, balancing hands-on full-stack development with architectural guidance and team collaboration. You will be instrumental in bridging our robust java backend with our high-performance react native mobile and web interfaces.Core ResponsibilitiesArchitectural leadership: Oversee the full-stack development lifecycle, ensuring 50/50 balance between high-quality frontend (react native) and backend (java/spring boot) initiatives.System integration: Lead the partnership with product teams to design and implement complex integrations, specifically focusing on salesforce sso and third-party interfaces.Technical mentorship: Drive code quality through peer reviews, mentoring junior/mid-level developers, and collaborating closely with qa to ensure seamless deployments.Product partnership: Translate business requirements into scalable technical roadmaps, particularly within our e-commerce ecosystem.RequirementsTechnical must-haves:Java mastery: 5–7+ years of experience in custom java development, with a proven track record of standing up enterprise-grade applications from scratch.Microservices expert: Extensive experience architecting and maintaining microservices using spring boot.Mobile/frontend strategy: 1–3 years of hands-on experience with react native for both mobile and web deployment.Full-stack agility: Ability to pivot seamlessly between backend logic and frontend ui/ux implementation.Preferred experience (nice-to-haves):Salesforce ecosystem: Experience writing interfaces for salesforce or managing salesforce integrations.E-commerce background: Previous experience in high-volume e-commerce environments.Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.Position DetailsRole type: lead / senior individual contributorLocation: 100% remoteTeam dynamics: Highly collaborative; partnering with product, design, and qa teams.
