To support complex business processes, the full-time Lead Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy secure, scalable applications while collaborating in an Agile/Scrum environment, with the option to work remotely, hybrid, or onsite. Key responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy robust application solutions based on business requirements Interpret user stories into technical specifications and enhance existing applications for performance and stability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software and contribute to architectural decisions Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred Minimum of 2 years of application development experience with proficiency in at least one programming language Knowledge of the Microsoft .Net framework and associated technologies Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and database concepts Ability to utilize versioning tools and stay informed on emerging technologies
