Lead Designer - AI Interfaces & Design Systems

Landing, Inc. is seeking its first designer to shape how guests discover and book stays through AI assistants and messaging apps, while staying true to Landing’s voice. You’ll design experiences inside AI constraints that still feel like Landing.

You’ll prototype in code, ship to production, and help rebuild the stay journey—from arrival to the help guests need—while building the brand, the design system, and the front end, and eventually growing the design team.
