Our team in Flemington, NJ is looking to hire a Full-Time Clinical Director/Provider. Our office is backed by over 50 years of experience, offering a streamlined patient base and excellent earning potential. This position will help manage day to day clinical activities with some time for patient care. All applicants must have a minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience with experience as a managing clinical director or similar role preferred (proficient in basic cosmetic, preventative, and restorative care)!

Additional Responsibilities of the Dentist:
- Educate Patients (Parents of Patients) on treatment options and maintaining proper oral health
- Communicate with Dental Staff regarding comprehensive patient treatment plans
- Mentor and confer with Treatment Doctors on patient treatment
- Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments and consultations
- Prescribe medications as necessary for treatment
Compensation for the Dentist:
- Base Salary: $200K-$250K/year (+ Bonus)
- Lab Fees Fully Covered
- CE Allowance and Malpractice coverage

Schedule of the Dentist:
- Monday (9:00-6:00)
- Tuesday (10:00-7:00)
- Wednesday (9:00-6:00)
- Thursday (8:00-5:00)
- Friday (8:00-2:00)
- No Weekends!
