The Toro Company is seeking a Demand Manager, IBP for the Residential & Landscape Contractor (RLC) unit. You will lead the monthly demand consensus across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain, and own the 24–36 month forecast with SKU-level detail.
You will coordinate a cross‑functional team, drive ITP processes, monitor forecast accuracy, and advise on capacity and inventory. A strong background in forecasting and analytics is essential for this role at our Bloomington HQ.
