Lead, Data Solutions & MES for Global Manufacturing

Johnson & Johnson in Puerto Rico seeks a Senior Manager Business Systems & Data Solutions to lead a 24/7 manufacturing data ecosystem. You will build a team to deploy analytics, MES and ERP across Surgical Vision sites, ensuring data integrity and production efficiency.

You will partner with IT, Operations, Engineering and Quality to align the MAKE Digital roadmap, drive cross-site standardization, and deliver compliant, high-quality solutions that improve OEE and customer service.
