- Collaborate with hard-core modelers and address client questions with ML expertise.
Qualifications
- Domain / Industry – Banking / FIs with credit risk lending
- Technical – Machine Learning, Credit risk model development, Python
- 7–8+ years of overall experience in analytics/modeling
- 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in ML model development
- Strong knowledge of ML modeling techniques
- Hands-on experience in developing models for any banking product (personal loans, home loans, credit cards, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
