Lead Data Scientist, Causal Inference & Experiments

Discord is seeking a Staff Data Scientist for the Experimentation Platform to ensure rigorous causal inference and sound experimental design across hundreds of trials. You will lead the vision, roadmap, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and data science teams.

You will mentor a 50+ person data science group, conduct original causal inference research, and train teams to make fast, data-driven decisions for our 90M daily users.
