Lead Data Manager – Homebased (USA or Canada) – Full Time

Our client, a global CRO, is seeking a seasoned Data Management professional to lead high-impact global studies.

In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for the study, ensuring seamless delivery across regions while mentoring the next generation of DM professionals.

What you’ll bring:

• Primary Point of Contact Expertise – proven success as the go-to person for customers on data management deliverables.
• Global Study Management – track record in managing multiple large global studies or programs of studies.
• Negotiation Skills – confident in leading customer discussions on timelines, budgets, processes, and resourcing.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship – skilled in training and guiding junior team members on DM best practices.
• Industry Depth – minimum 10 years’ data management experience in a CRO or pharma setting.
• Independent Lead Experience – 7+ years owning full study-level DM activities for clinical trials or DM projects.
• 100% homebased from USA or Canada
• Work for a global CRO embedded with a single, dedicated sponsor
• Lead, influence, and mentor in a collaborative environment
