Guiding and advancing the organization's enterprise data governance program, the full-time Lead Data Governance Analyst will provide strategic leadership, ensure data integrity and compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders while working remotely from Ohio. Key responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of the enterprise data governance framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements Establish and mature governance models, including data ownership and accountability frameworks Oversee enterprise data quality programs and drive organizational adoption of governance practices through effective communication and training Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum five years of experience in data governance, analytics, or business intelligence Advanced knowledge of data governance frameworks and healthcare data ecosystems Hands-on experience with data governance tools such as Alation or Collibra Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like SQL and Power BI
