Job Summary:

1. LeadData Engineer

We arelooking for a hands-on Lead Data Engineer with proven experience leadingengineers and driving technical delivery.

Keyrequirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Python,PySpark, SQL and Databricks
• Strong experience with Azure/clouddata platforms
• Proven technical/teamleadership experience
• Experience designing andimplementing enterprise-scale data solutions
• Strong understanding of DataLakes, ETL/ELT, data modeling and performance tuning
• Experience with CI/CD andproduction data pipelines
• Ability to mentor engineers,conduct code reviews and provide technical direction
• Experience with streamingtechnologies such as Kafka/Kinesis is a plus
• Experience inregulated/enterprise environments is preferred

This is notsimply a “Lead” title role. The team is specifically looking for someone whohas real experience leading engineers/projects while remaining technicallyhands-on .

Keyrequirements:

• 5–8 years of Data Engineering/DataIntegration experience
• Strong Python
• Strong PySpark / Spark
• Strong SQL
• Hands‑on Databricks
• Experience with Azure oranother major cloud platform
• Data Lake, ETL/ELT and datapipeline development
• SQL and pipeline performanceoptimization
• CI/CD experience
• Strong understanding of datastructures and data modeling
• Experience supporting productiondata applications and troubleshooting complex issues

The technicalinterview will include live coding , with a strong focus on PySparkand SQL , along with experience- and scenario-based technical questions.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $75/Hr. to $85/hr.
