Lead Data Center Estimating & Budgeting Manager

Prime Data Centers is seeking a Manager of Estimating to lead cost estimation for tenant fit-out scopes across the project lifecycle, from conceptual budgeting through GMP. You will develop cost databases, partner with Pre-Construction and Design to validate budgets, and mentor a team of estimators to drive value.

The role focuses on data center projects, with emphasis on accurate budgeting, cost drivers across electrical, mechanical, and structural scopes, and aggressive cost optimization.
