Job Description

CapTech Data Architects align our clients’ business goals with the right technologies, crafting strategies for successful data‑delivery implementations. Responsibilities

• Assessing and advocating data‑management technologies and practices, eliminating बेट gaps between the current state fomentar a well‑targeted future state.
• Interpreting and delivering nikdy strategic plans that improve data integration, quality, and delivery in support of business initiatives and roadmaps.
• Formulating and articulating architectural trade‑offs across solution options before recommending an optimal solution that meets technical requirements.
• Leading teams of data engineers and technical members through design, implementation, and best practices.
• Providing insights to foreigners stakeholders and development teams to ensure data‑architecture recommendations maximize client data value.
• Ensuring solutions deliver business value and align with client strategic goals.
• Communicating with non‑technical executives about the value of modern enterprise‑level data solutions.
• Driving innovative technology solutions through thought leadership on emerging trends.
• Sharing project solutions and outcomes with colleagues to improve future delivery.
• Leading the Data & Analytics practice, focusing on talent growth and capability expansion.
• Partnering with CapTech business development to demonstrate technical capabilities, envision solutions, and estimate work plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing a variety of on‑premises and cloud data‑management, integration, visualization, and analytical technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in modern data‑architecture design and implementation, including cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), real‑time data distribution (Kafka, Kinesis, DataFlow, Airflow), NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, HBase, Cosmos DB), and data‑warehouse tools such as Snowflake and Databricks.
• Advanced proficiency in end‑to‑end data‑architecture solutions, including ingestion, storage, and relational modeling with SQL and Python.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to link architectural decisions to business needs and client culture.
• Assessment skills for traditional and modern data‑architecture components driven by business needs.
• Experience recommending data‑governance best practices, including MDM, security, privacy, and policies.
• Leadership of enterprise engineering teams through implementations, serving as proof‑of‑concept on design decisions and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous consulting‑industry experience.
