Job Description

CapTech Data Architects align our clients’ business goals with the right technologies, crafting strategies for successful data‑delivery implementations. They enhance data value by improving stewardship, streamlining flows, and applying advanced tools and techniques. Responsibilities

  • Assessing and advocating data‑management technologies and practices, eliminating बेट gaps between the current state fomentar a well‑targeted future state.

  • Providing insights to foreigners stakeholders and development teams to ensure data‑architecture recommendations maximize client data value.

  • Communicating with non‑technical executives about the value of modern enterprise‑level data solutions.
  • Driving innovative technology solutions through thought leadership on emerging trends.
  • Sharing project solutions and outcomes with colleagues to improve future delivery.
  • Leading the Data & Analytics practice, focusing on talent growth and capability expansion.
  • Partnering with CapTech business development to demonstrate technical capabilities, envision solutions, and estimate work plans.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience implementing a variety of on‑premises and cloud data‑management, integration, visualization, and analytical technologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in modern data‑architecture design and implementation, including cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), real‑time data distribution (Kafka, Kinesis, DataFlow, Airflow), NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, HBase, Cosmos DB), and data‑warehouse tools such as Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Advanced proficiency in end‑to‑end data‑architecture solutions, including ingestion, storage, and relational modeling with SQL and Python.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to link architectural decisions to business needs and client culture.
  • Assessment skills for traditional and modern data‑architecture components driven by business needs.
  • Experience recommending data‑governance best practices, including MDM, security, privacy, and policies.
  • Leadership of enterprise engineering teams through implementations, serving as proof‑of‑concept on design decisions and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous consulting‑industry experience.

  • Mentoring and investing in talent growth within the Data & Analytics practice area.
