Lead Data AnalystLocation: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)Role Overview:We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Lead Data Analyst to support our CRM, CDP, personalization, and measurement initiatives. This role will be pivotal in analyzing and resolving data issues across platforms like Amperity and Acxiom, optimizing marketing performance, and enabling scalable, modular data solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Key Responsibilities:Lead data analytics efforts across CRM and personalization programs, supporting segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle marketing strategies.Analyze and resolve data quality issues in Amperity and Acxiom, ensuring accurate customer profiles and campaign execution.Design and implement modular, reusable code and DAGs (Directed Acyclic Graphs) for scalable data workflows and pipelines.Develop measurement frameworks to assess marketing effectiveness across channels (email, paid media, site personalization, etc.).Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using GCP-native solutions.Collaborate with data engineering, marketing, and product teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in data analytics, mentoring junior analysts and driving best practices in data governance and storytelling.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.12+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a lead or SME role.Strong expertise in GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Dataflow, Looker).Hands-on experience with Amperity, Acxiom, or similar customer data platforms.Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modular code development for analytics workflows.Deep understanding of CRM data structures, personalization logic, and marketing measurement techniques.Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
