Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Overview
An acute-care, community-focused hospital in Hunterdon County, NJ is seeking a CT Technologist Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the CT department while still remaining hands-on in-patient care. This is a great opportunity for a strong CT Technologist ready to step into leadership—or an experienced lead/supervisor who enjoys leading a collaborative, tight-knit, patient-centered environment.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Supervise the daily operations of the CT department, ensuring safe, efficient workflow and excellent patient experience
• Perform CT exams according to provider orders and established protocols
• Coordinate staffing schedules and daily workflow to support patient throughput
• Serve as a clinical mentor/resource for CT technologists; support coaching and performance standards
• Assist with orientation, training, and ongoing competency development
• Monitor image quality, patient safety, and radiation safety compliance
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nursing, and hospital leadership to optimize care and operations
• Support quality improvement initiatives, accreditation readiness, and regulatory compliance
• Troubleshoot CT equipment issues and coordinate service requests as needed
• Help maintain/update departmental policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Participate in departmental meetings and support process improvement initiatives
  

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT required
• New Jersey State Radiologic Technologist License
• BLS required
• 2+ years CT technologist experience in an acute care setting (preferred)
• Prior lead/charge/supervisory experience (preferred but not mandatory - good opportunity to learn administrative duties)
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
