Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of residential and light commercial repair and maintenance tasks
- Complete work including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, and minor plumbing and electrical
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and clients
- Manage job scope and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work independently with minimal supervision
