The Salvation Army Southern California is seeking a Lead Counselor to oversee program staff and deliver counseling and education to beneficiaries within the ARC. You will help create an effective climate for performance and learning, guiding staff and volunteers in the pursuit of rehabilitation goals and program excellence.
Under the Center Administrator, you will ensure intake integrity, teach core classes, supervise interns, and coordinate with the ARC HR team.
