Leading cost and pricing strategies remotely, the full-time salaried Lead Costing and Pricing Analyst will develop complex proposal cost and pricing strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable recommendations for the Integrated Systems business unit. Key responsibilities Lead cost and pricing activities for complex proposals from RFP through award, including negotiations and responses to RFIs Develop and validate proposal cost bases and recommend pricing strategies that align with business objectives Analyze cost data and present pricing strategies and recommendations to senior leadership for approval Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business, or a related field 6+ years of experience in proposal cost development, pricing, or financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense Extensive experience with FAR principles and various contract types, including CPFF, FFP, and T&M Proficient in ProPricer and advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong ability to lead complex proposals and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
