Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.Job DescriptionTurner & Townsend are seeking an experienced Cost Controller / Change Control looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment. As Cost Controller, you will be involved with:Implement, administer and maintain cost control system and procedures to track project budgets, commitments, expenditures and forecasts for projects of medium complexity and valueAssist in the preparation and review of cost estimatesProvide cost information to support decision and alternative selectionEvaluate and analyze fee proposals / bids and provide recommendation for decision makingProvide forecasts and cash flow analysisMaintain and manage the cost report and provide regular updates on financial position.Assist in the development, validation and maintenance of the project schedule.Assist in developing reporting tracking tools and generating cost reports on a regular basis, including evaluation of earned value.Build intricate spreadsheets to enable fast and accurate data manipulation of large datasets.Extract data from several sources, transforming it to fit operational needs.Reconcile data to support complete accuracy and create a clean audit trail.SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.Qualifications8+ years of Cost Control experience within construction.A recognized university degree in Construction Management or related fieldAdditional Information*On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs*Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
