As Lead Cook for Aramark’s Trailblazer Provisions food truck, you’ll oversee daily food operations, preparing high-quality, made-to-order meals in a fast-paced, mobile setting. You’ll lead a small team, ensure strict food safety and sanitation standards, manage inventory, and coordinate setup, service, and breakdown for events and regular routes.
