Leading the planning and execution of innovation engagements, the full-time Lead Consultant, Innovation Enablement will work remotely to partner with enterprise leaders, identify innovation opportunities, and drive stakeholder alignment while mentoring junior team members. Key responsibilities Lead mid-to-large scale engagements for the Technology Innovation Office, including planning and execution Develop recommendations and business cases to support prioritization and investment decisions Analyze engagement outcomes and performance metrics to track business value and ensure successful delivery of outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience 7+ years of progressive consulting, business transformation, or technology experience Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional engagements Experience applying AI, automation, or emerging technologies to business opportunities Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills
