Lead Consultant – Boomi Integration Lead

We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant – Boomi Integration Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using the Boomi platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in Boomi Atmosphere, integration architecture, process design, error handling, and leading integration projects from design through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using Boomi Atmosphere.
• Define and implement integration patterns including real-time, batch, and event‑driven architectures.
• Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable integration frameworks and components.
• Provide technical leadership for Boomi development teams and integration initiatives.
• Develop and optimize Boomi processes, connectors, APIs, and workflows.
• Establish best practices for integration design, governance, monitoring, and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues.
• Implement robust error handling, logging, exception management, and performance optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support deployment, testing, and production stabilization activities.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in enterprise integrations.
• Strong hands‑on experience delivering projects using Boomi Atmosphere.
• Proven experience in a Boomi Lead role with ownership of solution design and technical delivery.
• Expertise in Process Design, Error Handling, and integration best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing integration architectures and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, web services, and enterprise application integration.
• Experience resolving complex technical and production support issues.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Boomi certifications (preferred).
• Experience with cloud integration platforms and middleware technologies.
• Knowledge of API management, event‑driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
