Byrum is seeking a Commercial HVAC Lead Installer to run complex commercial installation projects from start to finish. In this role, you will lead a field crew installing rooftop units, split systems, ductwork, and controls in accordance with blueprints, codes, and manufacturer specs. You’ll handle layout, fabrication, piping, brazing, and electrical connections, as well as system startup and commissioning.
The Lead Installer coordinates with project managers and contractors, enforces safety standards, ensures high-quality workmanship, and trains junior team members for successful, on-time project completion.
