This role involves direct client interaction, coordination with project managers, and supervising small to medium-sized teams of electricians primarily on a single jobsite.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise small to medium teams (1-10 electricians) on job sites
- Perform hands-on electrical installation and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients and coordinate with project managers
- Plan projects and manage materials to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Maintain quality assurance throughout electrical work
- Manage jobsite safety and enforce safety procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical work
- Journeyman Electrician License
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and code compliance
- Proficient in blueprint reading
- Experience in project leadership and team coordination
- Skilled in troubleshooting and safety procedures
- Effective communication and time management skills
