We pride ourselves on competitive cost structure, exceptional on-time delivery, and industry-leading quality.About the Opportunity: Operates all types of CNC Turning & Milling machines under the direction of the area supervisor or Lead Person.Location: Plainville, CT - This position is 100% on site, Monday through Friday with overtime available (1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm).Responsibilities:Performs set-ups and operates multiple CNC turn & mill machines and related equipment where programs, fixtures, and methods have been developed.The ability to operate more than one machine in a cell environment is required.Inspects work for all dimensional features as required.Produces quality and quantity of work in accordance with Company requirements.Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time, etc according to Company policy.Performs duties always exercising good machining practices.Maintains area, equipment, and tooling in a neat, orderly condition including operator maintenance sheets.Maintains coolant tanks and fills as necessary.Assists new and less experienced operators as requested.Observes all Company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security.Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent10+ years machinist experienceMust be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
