Lead Clinician (LCSW / LMFT / LPCC) - Trauma-Informed Care Leadership

Location:

Ontario, Colton, Victorville, Montebello, or San Diego, CA

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (with after-hours phone availability/on-call rotation)

Salary:

$100,000-$115,000 + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus After 90 Days

Are you a licensed clinician passionate about supporting vulnerable youth, mentoring clinical teams, and creating meaningful change through trauma-informed care?

We are seeking a Lead Clinician to provide clinical leadership and oversight for a multidisciplinary team supporting minors with complex trauma histories. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys combining direct care, supervision, coaching, and program development.

What You'll Do:

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to a team of clinicians and behavioral specialists
• Mentor, coach, and develop clinical staff to promote best practices and professional growth
• Ensure compliance with BBS/BOP regulations, ethical standards, and documentation requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, community partners, referral sources, and regulatory agencies
• Support trauma-informed assessments, treatment planning, and interventions
• Participate in treatment team meetings, clinical reviews, and program planning activities
• Provide clinical guidance and support to staff working directly with youth and families

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related behavioral science field
• Active California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license
• Licensed for 2+ years and eligible to provide BBS/BOP supervision
• Previous clinical supervisory experience required
• Experience working with children, adolescents, trauma, or at-risk populations
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
