Lead Clinical Pharmacist

To support a growing clinical team, the full-time remote Lead Clinical Pharmacist will manage medication therapy consultations, oversee a team of pharmacists, and collaborate with engineering and leadership to enhance patient outcomes using Arine's software platform. Key responsibilities: Support oversight of clinical project goals, resource allocation, and team productivity Develop intervention strategies to optimize medication regimens and improve health outcomes Hire, train, and manage team members while ensuring quality assurance standards are met Required qualifications: At least 12 months of experience in a Pharmacist role focused on Adherence or MTM projects Demonstrated team management or coaching experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to engage with patients and promote adherence with empathy Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Documents
