Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science, health-related field, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of hands on work experience in clinical data management within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology environment.
  • Proficiency in at least one Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system (Medidata Rave, Veeva Vault EDC ) is REQUIRED
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH guidelines), and data management best practices.
  • Experience with medical coding dictionaries (MedDRA, WHO Drug ).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of lead or project management experience in clinical data management.

Skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages for data manipulation is a plus.
