The Institute of Living, part of Hartford HealthCare, is seeking a Lead Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide clinical and administrative leadership for its comprehensive ambulatory psychiatry services in Hartford, Connecticut. This role involves direct patient care and program oversight across general outpatient psychiatry, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, and the Mary W. Parker Autism Center. Candidates will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and have opportunities for teaching and academic appointments through the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.

Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary behavioral health team
- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment
- Collaborate with psychology, social work, family therapy, speech therapy, and case management teams
- Support program development, quality initiatives, and clinical operations
- Participate in statewide psychiatric consultation services

Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
- Preferred: Experience in outpatient psychiatric care and clinical leadership
- Preferred: Expertise in psychopharmacology and evidence-based treatment
- Preferred: Broad experience in day-to-day operations of a comprehensive ambulatory program
- Preferred: Administrative leadership skills
