A premier chemical manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Lead Chemical Operator to join their growing team! This is an amazing opportunity to work with a team that drives innovation across consumer markets like pharmaceuticals, food, and personal care.
Schedule:
2-2-3 split rotation, 4p-4a, Training is on first shift
Type of Job: Temp to Hire
Location : Dayton, OH
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the team - makes sure all tasks are performed by team members and production quotas are met

Coach team members as needed

Assist with training new operators

Safely operate chemical production equipment

Manually mix chemical ingredients

Monitor chemical processes
-
Ensure products meet quality standards

Perform routine equipment inspections
-
Record production data
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
3+ years of chemical operation experience
-
Able to work flexible schedule
