- JOB SUMMARY
- Assists the Care Management Director with nursing leadership within, and management of, the Care Management Team, except for determining and exerting employee corrective action and corresponding activities.
- JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
- Registered Nurse with an AD, BSN, master's degree, or doctoral degree
- Or Social Worker with a bachelor's degree in social work, master's degree, or Doctoral degree in Social work
- Certifications/Licenses:

- Registered Nurse with a license to practice in Wyoming.
- Or LCSW with a license to practice in Wyoming

- Job Knowledge and Skills:
- Five years' clinical experience
- Two years' experience in case management/utilization management preferred.
- InterQual application preferred
- Education:
Lead Case Manager in rock springs at Unknown Company
