You'll be responsible for the day-to-day rhythm of the job site: hands-on carpentry work, coordinating the flow of each project, and keeping things moving from first day to final walkthrough. Responsibilities: Handle daily hands-on carpentry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and installationsSet the tone on-site by working shoulder-to-shoulder with the crewRun residential remodeling projects from kickoff to completionInterpret plans, drawings, and specs accuratelyKeep daily job site activities organized while staying hands-on yourselfGuide and support crew members and trade partners throughout the projectRepresent the company professionally in all homeowner interactionsKeep projects on schedule and address delays before they become problemsStay in regular contact with the production manager and office teamHold the work to company quality standards and client expectationsSolve on-site problems quickly and practically as they ariseKeep the job site clean, safe, and well-organizedHelp plan, pick up, and organize materials on-siteKeep all work aligned with local building codes and safety requirements Qualifications: 3+ years in residential carpentry or remodelingSkilled in both rough and finish carpentryAble to balance hands-on work with light on-site leadershipComfortable reading and interpreting plansStrong problem-solving skills and an eye for detailCollaborative, with solid communication skillsSome experience leading or mentoring others on a job siteDependable, punctual, and professionalValid driver's license with reliable transportationPhysically able to handle the work, including lifting 50+ lbsWorking knowledge of job site safety practices Compensation: $32 - $37 hourly
