Demo turns up problems the drawings don't show. Old beams notched through, framing that's not what the plans say. David, the owner, is usually on another job when it happens. Whoever's on site has to make the call - no waiting on him, no waiting on the client. That's the person we're hiring. What the job actually is You run the crew: set the pace, hand out the work. Nothing gets marked done until it passes David's own walkthrough, and nobody's checking behind you every hour to make sure of that. Site gets squared away before anyone leaves - tools put up, materials accounted for. The client owns the house and drops by whenever they want. The crew they see should be one they'd brag about to the neighbors. Who we are looking for If you need someone handing you tomorrow's list, this isn't your job. If you're the one people look at when the drawings stop making sense, tell us the worst structural problem you've ever solved and what you did about it. That tells us more than a resume will.
